We Where Here.
“We Were Here” explores the poetics of passage in its relationship to landscape, site and memory.
It explores the layering process of memory we bring to each new landscape experienced, and how we create images as affirmations of existence: “We were here” , and we leave traces such as arrows on the map, on the walls, on photos functioning as orientation in unfamiliar territory.
